A Message from the Principal

Mrs Amanda Sheridan

It is with great excitement and a deep sense of pride that I write to you as the new Principal of St Joseph’s School, Quirindi. Having spent 26 years in education, I have always believed that a school is most successful when it feels like a second home for its students.

My primary goal this year is to listen and learn. I want to understand what makes St Joey’s special to you and your children. I am committed to continuing the wonderful traditions already in place while working together to find new ways to help our students thrive.

I am stepping into this role with a clear vision to ensure that every student who walks through our doors is challenged, supported, and prepared for the future. I want to maintain a safe environment where every member of our community feels seen and heard. I am eager to partner with you because I believe a strong home-school connection is the foundation of student success.

The dedicated teachers and staff at St Joseph’s will continue to keep you informed and involved in your child’s education to make this the best year yet for our students and community.

I look forward to meeting many of you at our upcoming “Welcome BBQ” on Wednesday, 11th February at 5 pm.

My door is always open, so please feel free to reach out via email or stop by to say hello during morning drop-off or afternoon pickup.

Have a wonderful week.

Amanda
