Indigenous Pre-Recruit Program (IPRP) Do you have students who are not confident they’re ready for Initial Military Training? This 6-week program might be suitable for them. They will experience military life and receive fitness pre-conditioning and skills to set them up for success in their future military career
Navy Indigenous Development Program (NIDP) For students interested in the Navy, this program will help them meet the education and fitness requirements for a future Navy career. It runs for 21 weeks and includes both military training and TAFE education. Plus, students will be paid while they learn new skills.
Army Indigenous Development Program (AIDP) For students looking to join the Army, this program will help them meet the education and fitness requirements for entry and includes cultural activities to help them maintain their connection to country. It runs for 17 weeks, and students will be fully paid while they gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to start their Army career.
Air Force Indigenous Options If you have students interested in the Air Force but unsure which role to pursue, we can assist in finding the right career path for them, helping their careers to grow.
