Principal's Report:

Welcome back to school everybody.  It has been a terrific start to the term with our students' work showcased at the annual Kerang Show. It was my first visit to the Show, and I thoroughly enjoyed the range of exhibits, meeting new people and seeing students enjoying the community event.

Term 4 is full of important school events, as we farewell and celebrate our Year 12 students and acknowledge great achievements of students across the school.  Maya H. and Jardal S. have qualified for the State Athletics Competition being held in Week 2 and in Week 3 students will hear from prospective School Captains for 2027 at a whole school assembly. The term will end with our speech night, recognising outstanding achievements of students in a range of areas.

As the end of the year draws near, parents and carers should keep in mind the importance of regular school attendance for children. Even occasional absences from school can cause significant disruptions to learning and wellbeing for teenagers. Students will maximise their opportunities to grow and achieve their goals by regularly attending school and making the most of learning opportunities while they are here. I look forward to another productive term with all of you.

Kind Regards,

Mr Klate McFarlane.
