Candle Dipping
We did candle dipping! Many of us were scared because the wax was over 90 degrees, but they helped us do it safely.
Since we mixed the colours, the candles were vibrant and colourful, but if we used too many colours, it would have been brown which is not really a colour we wanted for our candles.
The smell in the candle making place was absolutely gorgeous!

Red Hill Mine Tour
In the mine tour we were having fun and it was very dark. My legs were so tired from walking up the stairs. In the mine tour, we were split into two different groups, and my legs were about to fall out right there and then. We saw a huge gold nugget.

The Red Hill mine tour was great, but let’s go back to where it started. It was the best.
We went more than 50 steps down. We got to see the second biggest gold nugget and a scene during the tour was scary because when the speaker talked it sounded like they were behind you! When you looked back to see where you already walked, it was pitch black!

Lolly Making Workshop
At camp we discovered that we were going to watch Eric make raspberry drops! We were extremely excited and really happy to taste them!
We were very shocked! It was amazing to experience real candy being made by hand.
