General Information

School Uniform

We will officially change into winter uniform next Tuesday, 10th June.  Please ensure that your child is wearing a tie, as it is a compulsory part of the winter uniform. Uniforms can be purchased at Lowes or there is a supply of second hand uniforms in our clothing pool. 

Lost Property

We have a number of items in our lost property that have not been claimed. Can you please make sure that all uniform items are clearly labelled with your child's name so they can be returned. It is impossible to return items that are not labelled or unreadable. Your assistance with this is greatly appreciated. 

Mobile Phones

Please remind your child that if they are bringing a mobile phone to school, they must hand it into the office at the beginning of the day. They are stored securely and students can collect them at the end of the day. Thank you for your support with this. 

Supervision of Students

A gentle reminder that supervision of students begins until 8.15am each day. 

St Joseph's gates open at 8:15am each morning. To ensure all children are kept safe, please do not drop them off at school before this time to be left unsupervised. 

Application for Extended Leave

Family holidays and travel are no longer considered under the Exemption from School Procedures. Travel outside of vacation periods is now counted as an absence for statistical purposes. Please see the office if  your child will be away from school for 10 days or more as an application form will need to be completed and approved at the discretion of the Principals or delegate. 

2025 School Fees

Monthly installments of school fees are recommended and are due on the 21st of each month. We are asking parents/carers to please have all fees finalised by 30th November 20

Below is the suggested installment amount:

1 Child = $160.652 

Children = $287.563 

Children = $391.99

Stage 3 Excursion = $395.00, this is due by 1st October 2025.

Clothing Pool Opening Hours

Just a reminder that the clothing pool is open Monday to Thursday 9:00am-2:00pm for second hand uniform items. These items are $5.00 each and can be paid by Eftpos. 

Change in Routine

Can you please advise the school office before 2:30pm if there is any change in your child's afternoon routine.
