St. Mel's Fun Run ~

What a joy-filled day we had at our St Mel’s School Fun Run yesterday! The event was bursting with energy, laughter, and community spirit, and it was wonderful to see so many families joining in to cheer, run, and celebrate together.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported the day ~ from our amazing students who gave it their all, to the staff and families who helped make it such a success. A heartfelt thank you to Leah our Social Committee President, the event simply couldn’t have taken place without her time, effort, and incredible support. Thank you Leah! Funds raised go directly toward supporting our school, helping us continue to create vibrant learning & play spaces for our students.

It truly was a day filled with colour, connection, community spirit & SLIME!

Dear Families,

Throughout the year, our Social Club organises events that raise funds and enrich your child’s school experience. Attached is a copy of this year’s event roster, and we would love your support!

As a small team, we rely on the generosity of our school community. Please take a moment to review the event list and consider volunteering. Your help—no matter how big or small—makes a real difference!

To get involved, simply fill out the form, indicating the event(s) you’d like to assist with and circling any roles you’re interested in. Return your completed form to the school office as soon as possible. We’ll be in touch with more details.

A reminder, volunteers need to complete all requirements for volunteering for any role that is undertaken in the presence of children and / or young people or where children and/or young people are reasonably expected to be present. Further details can be located on our school website or by contacting our School Administration Office.
