AusAlert national test Monday 27th July

On Monday 27 July 2026 at around 2pm, an AusAlert test message will be sent to all compatible mobile devices across Australia. 

You may receive a test alert on your mobile phone, tablet or smart watch. The notification will vibrate and include a loud siren-like sound that lasts about 10 seconds. ​ ​ 

If this could disrupt you, or make you feel unsafe, please turn off your mobile devices or switch them to airplane mode before the scheduled test time, and leave them off for at least one hour.​ For more information visit the AusAlert official website www.ausalert.gov.au.
