The School Dental Van is fast approaching and it is not too late to book your child/ren in for a free appointment. Please refer to the Compass post and Smile Squad information in this week's newsletter or contact the school office for more information about this free service.
Thank you to all of the parents/guardians who have booked online. We have already had a fantastic response.
A huge thank you to our amazing staff for the successful running of the school disco, last Friday night. An extra special thank you to Lori Frowd for being the main organiser. Thanks also to Carly and Rachael for jumping in and helping out on the BBQ. The majority of our students attended and the feedback we have received has been very positive. Not only did the children have a fabulous time, we also raised approximately $1,600 for the school.
Last week, Michelle Bremner and Jade Dahlstrom conducted two parent information sessions outlining what Literacy learning looks like in our Junior School, at Baxter PS.
These sessions were extremely informative and well attended by our parents. Thank you to Michelle and Jade for going above and beyond.
We acknowledge the Bunurong people, the Traditional
Owners of the land on which Baxter Primary School resides, and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
