Pikelet and Cookie Sambo's 

For my Market Day stall, I will be selling Cookies and Pikelets Sambo’s. They will be freshly-made bakery pikelets, stuffed with your choice of a delicious chocolate chip, or sprinkle-filled unfettered cookie. 

They will be served with a choice of vanilla, strawberry or chocolate ice-cream presented as if made by a gourmet chef.

The Sambo’s will cost 4 tickets and if you would like that extra topping of ice cream will only cost you one extra ticket.
