Junior School

Thanks from Junior School
We have had a fantastic year getting to know our Year 7’s for 2026. As the year is coming to a close we have had a great opportunity to run competitions, activities and adventures.
Below are a few photos from the last week including Mathletics winners, ‘hide the butterfly’ competition and our offsite Queen Victoria Market day.
We hope that everyone has a wonderful and relaxing break.
End of Year Arrangements
The timeline below describes the arrangements for the last two weeks of school for students in Year 7.
| Wednesday 11 – Wednesday December 18 | End of year program Lockers to be emptied and locks removed by end of school day |
| Wednesday December 17 | Picnic day at Eltham Lower Park, followed by End of Year Assembly |
| Thursday December 18 | Last day of school |
End of Year Program
The End of Year Program will focus on a range of experiences for students including engaging in work focused on skills for the following year, creative arts and physical activity, and supporting the preparation of the school grounds for the end of the school year. All activities will be on site and classes will be collapsed where required. Students will need to bring pens, paper, and their laptops.
A note about lockers:
Lockers must be emptied and locks removed by the end of the school day on Wednesday December 10. This allows for maintenance and movement of lockers in preparation for 2026.
The school is not able to take responsibility for locks and personal possessions left in lockers after this date.
Please write the combination for your lock somewhere safe, ready for day 1 2026.
It is a good idea to give your lock a spray of WD40 or similar to ensure it runs smoothly for the next year.
Students will be allowed to take bags into class during the end of year program.
Any students finishing their school year early need to empty their locker and remove their lock before they leave.
