The Library team would like to thank our school community for supporting our library throughout 2023. Whether that was encouraging students to read; returning overdue library books; participating in Scholastic Book Club; or visiting our Book Fair, we appreciate your support and look forward to working with students and families in 2024.

Melton City Library

Our local public library, Melton City Libraries will be open during the school holiday period for members of the community to sign up (it's free!), and to borrow. Melton Library has a number of great resources including books, DVDs, magazines, and online resources.

BIG Summer Read is back!

Join Melton Libraries for the summer reading challenge for your chance to win BIG these school holidays!

The BIG Summer Read is a state-wide challenge for students. Track your reading over the summer school holidays and join Melton Library for some fun activities to earn extra rewards and prizes!

Download the Beanstack mobile app or visit the Beanstack website. Use your email address to sign in or create a new Beanstack account to register for the BIG Summer Read. 

Read as many books as you can over the summer school holidays and log them in the Beanstack app. Don’t forget, graphic novels and audiobooks count too!

Read and log 10 books between 1 December 2023 and 31 January 2024 to enter the prize draw.
