Supporting Anxious Children Series, in partnership with Boroondara, Knox and Yarra Ranges Council.
Presented online by Anxiety Recovery Centre, these sessions will cover:
Understanding anxiety and normal childhood development
The signs and symptoms in your children
Types of anxiety disorders
What’s helpful and not helpful
Methods and strategies to support your children
Where to go for more information/support
Wednesday 11 February - for parent and carers of children aged 0-6 years.
Wednesday 19 February - for parents and carers of primary aged children.
Wednesday 25 February - for parents and carers of secondary aged children.
