Announcement for Foundation to Year 3 Families – ‘Glasses for Kids’ Program
Dear Families, Just a friendly reminder that all digital and hard copy forms for the ‘Glasses for Kids’ program are due by Friday, 12th September.
If you require a hard copy form, please visit the school office – we’ll be happy to provide one.
This is a free program that gives eligible children the opportunity to receive a pair of glasses, if needed – so don’t miss out!

Lunch Orders
Lunch orders for students can be ordered through an external provider, TK Tuckshop.
TK Tuckshop is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
You can access their menu and ordering system via their app – Spriggy Schools. Lunch orders are delivered directly to our school.

CSEF Foundation 2025 uniform package Information
Eligibility: To qualify for the Prep 2025 Autumn/Winter Uniform Package, students must be recipients of the Camps, Sports, and Excursion Fund (CSEF).
What’s included in the package:
The Prep 2025 Autumn/Winter Uniform Package includes the following items:
- 2 Tops (e.g., windcheater, polo shirt, rugby top)
- 2 Bottoms (e.g., trackpants, leggings)
- 1 Outerwear item (e.g., jacket, parka, puffer)
- 2 Pairs of socks
- 1 Pair of shoes
Please submit your forms to the school office or through your classroom teacher. Applications must be received by the end of Term 3.

Please remember to provide Banyan Fields P.S. with any updated information as soon as your circumstances change.
To make changes to your child’s enrolment information, please email banyan.fields.ps@education.vic.gov.au with any required changes and/or request a Student Enrolment Information Form to be sent home with your child, where you can review the information currently on the school system, then make alterations where necessary and return to Banyan Fields PS office for details to be updated.
