At Your Service

Just a couple of weeks ago the Year 9s participated in Service Experience, the third of our Integrated Experiences for the year.

Over five days, students looked to the bible to understand the foundation of service, listened to stories from people who exhibited service in their daily actions, and had the opportunity to put faith into action with a variety of practical activities.

Highlights included 170 hygiene kits packed (pictured above), 19 classrooms of DCC primary schools visited, and 2000 native grasses planted, and over 2000 packets of sunflowers delivered in our local neighbourhood.
