Taekwondo

Taekwondo in PE – Week 4 (Term 1)

In Week 4, Foundation to Grade 4 students will participate in Taekwondo lessons as part of Physical Education. Delivered by Traditional Warrior’s Taekwondo (TWC TKD), these high-energy sessions build confidence, coordination, balance, and focus, while introducing students to core Taekwondo skills and values such as respect and self-control.

Gymnastics in Physical Education – Weeks 6 & 7 (Term 1)

As part of our Physical Education program, students will participate in Gymnastics lessons during Weeks 6 and 7 of Term 1. These sessions focus on developing fundamental movement skills with an emphasis on self-confidence, coordination, strength, flexibility, and balance.

Delivered by AspiStars Gymnastics, the program provides a fun, safe, and supportive environment led by qualified and enthusiastic coaches. Students will progress at their own pace, build skills through positive experiences, and enjoy learning alongside their peers.

We’re looking forward to an exciting and active gymnastics experience for all students!
