PD/H/PE - Athletics Carnival preparation with Platform & Co
PD/H/PE has also been a lot of fun with the students gearing up for the Athletics Carnival. Platform and Co have been working with 5/6 M over the last few weeks focusing on the field events. Last week their attention was on high jump. They broke down the steps required for a successful jump first practicing the flop technique followed by the back arch and body twist.
