EHS House Cross Country

On Monday 19 May, under clear blue skies, Eltham High School held its annual house cross country. More than 200 students from Year 7 and 8 participated in the 2.5-kilometer race around the Wingrove Park Loop. The spirit of perseverance and pursuit of excellence was on full display.

Thank you to all the staff that assisted on the day to help supervise and encourage all the students out on the course. A special mention to the Middle School Sub-School Leader, Erin Knight, who surprised students by joining the race alongside them. She finished the race with a smile and a respectable time - earning cheers and high-fives from students throughout the course.

House Points were awarded for all runners.

TONER House has once again proved to be the dominant House when it comes to ‘Land Events’ taking out the Athletics and Cross Country double.

Congratulations to TONER house.
