Art

Preps have discovered the fun they can have in the Art Room.

We have used oil pastels, food dye and a special fin to create our very own Rainbow fish and have played with clay to make our very own pinch pots. It is a joy to watch the skills of the children develop.

Year 2 have been busy drawing painting and adding concertina folded legs to create their own underwater jellyfish and then completed with salt food dye paintings of an underwater diver. These turned out so bright and joyous really showing the slow movement of swimming in the deep.

After creating a mosaic winter scene Year four's have manipulated clay to build their own colourful coil pots.

Year 6 have designed and felted keepsake bookmarks. They also have delved into designing their own personal logos. These have resulted in pieces to be very proud of.
