Winter Positivity

It’s Winter and as the days get shorter it can be harder to get up and motivated.

Mental health experts say paying more attention to all the little ways we practise self-care (everything you do to stay physically and mentally well) is key (Everyday health). If you’re after some tips for getting through Winter, try this link.

Here’s your list of things to do in June because UMatter:

School-wide Positive Behaviours

ENPS has been focusing on building a positive environment for our students through the School-wide Positive Behaviours program. Your child may have mentioned the three values that we are focusing on in our learning - Respectful, Safe and Kind.

  • Respectful - We actively engage in learning tasks and do our best.
  • Safe - We respect other people’s personal space.
  • Kind - We include others and work collaboratively.

These values are important to embrace as lifelong attitudes because they support others to know that they matter.

That’s why our UMatter men are encouraging students to be respectful, safe and kind. Please send through any examples of your child showing our values.

As always, have a wonderful week and remember that UMatter because you make the ENPS community a better place.

Warm regards,

Mrs U
