SSV Holt 3 / 4 Hooptime - MSAC 2025
On Tuesday 26th September, St Agnes’ competed in the SSV Grade 3/4 Hooptime against other schools in the Holt District and South Eastern Regions at MSAC.
St Agnes’ had one All Star team, two Future Stars and two Rookie teams entered for the day. All the students did well and our boys All Star team managed to make it all the way to the semi finals.
Our Future Star teams and Rookie teams had a wonderful day, and for some it was a great introduction to basketball. Our school spirit shone through, with everyone doing their best and enjoying the day.
I would like to say a big thank you to the teachers/staff and parents who helped out and came to support the students on the day. Most of all I thank our wonderful students for doing an amazing job representing St Agnes'. We are all very proud of your efforts and achievements.
SSV Holt Athletics 2025 Duncan McKinnon
Hi Everyone,
On Friday 29th of August, St Agnes' competed in the SSV Holt Athletics against other schools in the Holt District. The team was composed of 75 St Agnes’ students from Years 3,4,5 & 6.
The weather held off for Athletics, but only just. Dark clouds loomed overhead threatening each event as it began. The wind was also blowing straight off Antarctica and landing directly at Duncan McKinnon. Proceedings had to be halted during the relays as the skies opened up and it hosed down for about 15 minutes. The students continued on after the downpour and individual results were fantastic this year. St Agnes' finished 4th in the percentage division and an excellent 2nd Overall just behind St Josephs Elsternwick. These are the best results for the school in recent memory.
I would like to say a big thank you to the teachers who helped out and came to support the students. Most of all I thank the team for doing an amazing job representing St Agnes’. Parents, teachers and myself are all very proud of you.
Congratulations to the students who have made it through to the next beachside level on Friday 10th October 2025 at Duncan Mackinnon Reserve.
