Parent Drop Off and Pick Up Locations

We would like to remind parents and guardians about the importance of maintaining safety and respect during student drop-off and pick-up times.  Below are some essential guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of all students, staff, and fellow parents.

1. Follow Traffic Rules and School Instructions

Adhering to the traffic flow and the designated drop-off and pick-up zones is critical for student safety. The Bay Road Apartments are not a drop-off and pick-up location. Parent's are regularly seen dropping off their students in this location. 

Please obey all posted signs. Bayside Council has issued infringements for parking in spaces in the Bay Road Apartments.

2. Stay in the Designated Pick-Up/Drop-Off Zone

Never let your child exit or enter the vehicle in areas that are not specifically marked for this purpose. The College Car Parks are not a Designated Zone for dropping off and picking up students. We kindly ask parents to drop off and pick up their students from either Holloway Road, Lansell Avenue, or Lawson Parade.

3. Be On Time

Arriving early or on time for drop-off and pick-up helps avoid last-minute rushes, which can lead to reckless driving and unsafe pedestrian movement. If you're running late, consider parking further away and to avoid the crowded drop-off zone.

4. Be a Role Model for Your Child

Your actions behind the wheel serve as an example for your children, teaching them about responsibility, patience, and the importance of following rules. By showing respect for other drivers, students, and school staff, you are reinforcing good habits that your child will carry into their own lives.
