Dear Parents and Carers,

Our annual Book Fair opens this Monday, 1st September so come along to find the best new books and help to earn free books for our library. Every dollar spent earns our school special rewards to buy more books or resources!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Books from as low as $5, as well as posters, notebooks, pens and more! Students will get to visit the library during their regular library lesson or at special allocated time to browse books and things they might like to buy and to create their wishlist.

If you wait to attend the book fair until after your child’s visit, this gives them a chance to see what's available (hopefully making your visit quicker - no need to browse!). Students will bring home a purple wishlist then you can use our handy pink pre-payment form to pay for books ahead of arrival.

Monday - all Grade 3s
Tuesday - PMM, 2EP, 2CW, 4CL, 4MK, 4TF, 5TC, 5DW, 6MA, 6MI
Wednesday - PHM, 1LJ, 1LE, 1JI, 2AM, 2BG, 2TN, 4LW, 5HL
Thursday - 1MM, PBD, PAK, PAC, 6ML

Don’t worry if your child’s order is out of stock, we are able to order copies to be delivered to the school after the fair is over. There will be enough to go around!

BOOK FAIR OPENING HOURS

Monday, 1st September: After school only (3:20pm to 3:50pm)
Tuesday - Thursday: Before school (8:20am to 8:50am) AND after school (3:20pm to 3:50pm)
Friday, 5th September: Before school only (8:20am to 8:50am)

This Week

Pre-payment form - this allows you to pay for the books on your child's wishlist for convenient pickup at the book fair. Please complete this next week after your child’s visit to the book fair.

Next Week

Purple wishlist - your child has filled out on their visit to the book fair.

Use either of these forms to pre-pay for the book your child would like to buy.

SPECIAL PRIZE DRAW ENTRY

We are also promoting the book fair in classrooms with a special prize draw. Two students from each grade will be given a raffle ticket to go in the draw to win a book fair voucher. Drawn at this Friday’s assembly with 12 lucky students winning one $5 voucher each.
