Surviving Term 3
We know boarding families feel the strain mostly during this term. It is busy, we feel it too in boarding. Boarders are tired, which leads to behaviour challenges due to academic pressure and friendship issues. End of Term Arrangements
As we edge closer to the end of term, please advise us as soon as possible of travel plans for your child if you have not to date.
Term 3 will conclude at 3:10pm on Thursday 18 September. Please note, the QGSSSA Athletics Championship is being held on this day with all students expected to be in attendance. A reminder that the Boarding House transports boarders on Boarder Travel Day and after school on the last day of term only.
If you require the Nudgee Bus Service to Goondiwindi/Moree stopping via Toowoomba, please view the attached flyer for booking details. This service operates on boarder travel day, Friday 19 September, and will depart Nudgee College at 7:30am. We are happy to drop your child to Nudgee College if you are utilising this service.
With Year 12 commencing their Mock Exams next week and Year 11 Block Exams the week after, we will be having a quieter weekend for study and completing assignments.
