ENROL FOR KINDERGARTEN 2026

St Francis Xavier's is now taking enrolments for Kindergarten 2026!

If you, or someone you know, has a child eligible to commence Kindergarten next year then please contact the school office for an Enrolment Information Pack.

Parents are invited to an information morning to be held on Thursday 15th May at 9:30am. Please contact the School office to register for the Information Session by Friday 9th May 2025.

MEDIA CONSENT AND GENERAL EVENTS PERMISSION

A friendly reminder to families if you haven't already done so, to log in to Compass Events and complete the Media Consent and General Events Permission form for your child/ren.

This form allows us to publish photographs and videos of your child/ren on:

✅ School website

✅ Newspaper

Please review the information on Compass carefully for full details regarding the use of your child/rens images.

If you wish to withdraw consent at any time, please notify the school via email - naradmin@arm.catholic.edu.au.

ST PATRICK'S DAY

Clothing Pool:

The St Francis Xavier's Clothing Pool is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between the hours of 8:45am to 9:00am and 1:00pm to 1:40pm.

Please note: it is closed on Wednesday.

Good quality second hand items are available for $2 per item.

If families are sorting through school uniforms, we will gladly accept any pre loved uniforms.

OPENING FOOD PACKETS

To help children manage their food independently at school, please encourage them to practice opening food packets at home. If they find certain packaging difficult, consider transferring the food into an easier-to-open container. This will help build their confidence and ensure they can enjoy their meals without needing extra assistance.

BREAKFAST CLUB

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS

Parents/guardians are welcome to bring in icy poles, lollipops or cupcakes on their child’s birthday however, please note important information below:

Please contact the Office one week prior to arrange - to enable notice being given to the class Teacher
Please be mindful of allergies
Do not bring in any food that includes nuts or traces of nuts

PARKING REMINDER

Parents are reminded that when dropping off and/or picking up your child/ren, you are to use street parking only.

Please do not park on private property, in our neighbour's driveways or in the staff car park.

Please be aware that the car park at Little Kindy (opposite the school) is private property. Little Kindy have been in contact with the School Office and requested that we remind our families that the Little Kindy car park is for their families only.

Please ensure that any family or friends picking up are aware of the parking options.

ASTHMA AND ANAPHYLAXIS PLANS

A reminder to parents to please bring in a copy of your child/ren's updated asthma and/or anaphylaxis plan for 2025.

An emailed version is acceptable however please ensure it is a clear legible copy.

LABEL ITEMS

Please ensure your child/s school clothing, school bag, lunchbox and pencil case items are clearly labelled with their. Please see below our lost property procedure:

SCHOOL FEES

School Fee Statements for the FULL year fees were emailed to families last Friday, 21st February 20.

School fees may be paid either in full or by instalment. A recurring BPAY payment is the recommended option for instalments.

Payment options include:

🟢 EFTPOS - available at the school front office or over the phone

🟢 Compass Pay

🟢 Cash or Cheque

🟢 ADIG direct debit - please contact Ms Hogan if you would like further information about this option.

Please remember, if you are experiencing difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact the school office to arrange a payment plan.

School fees are required to cover our running costs so it is important that your account is paid on time. Thank you for your co-operation.
