Week 2:  

But to all who did receive Him, he gave them the right to be children of God, 13 to those who believe in His name, who were born, not of natural descent, or of the will of the flesh, or of the will of man, but of God.                                                      

John 1:12-13

Week 3:  

I do not call you servants anymore, because a servant doesn’t know what his master is doing. I have called you friends, because I have made known to you everything I have heard from my Father.                                                                                   

John 15:15

Week 4:  

When the time came to completion, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, 5 to redeem those under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons. 6 And because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba, Father!”  7 So you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then God has made you an heir.                                                         

Galatians 4:4-7

Week 5:   

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come! 18 Everything is from God, who has reconciled us to himself through Christ and has given us the ministry of reconciliation. 19 That is, in Christ, God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and he has committed the message of reconciliation to us.
