Dear Families,
The week has come and gone quickly and the end of term 2 is fast approaching. We have had a number of great events this week and more to come in the following two. Thank you to everyone who bought a sausage on Tuesday after school we managed to raise $1000 to go towards Harrison's fund. Thank you to our beautiful community for all of your support.
Year 6 Camp
Next week our Year 6 students take off to Flinders for their final Primary school camp. We hope they have a fantastic time and thank you to all off our teachers and learning support staff who will be taking time away from their families to support the year 6 students
Feast of Sacred Heart
On Friday we celebrated mass for the Feast of the Sacred heart. Thank you to all of our families who donated items to assist the parish Vinnie's group with food and items for those in need.
Winter Lightening Premiership
After camp our year 6 students will participate in the Winter Lightening Premiership against other schools in Kingston. We wish them the best of luck in AFL 9's, T Ball, Netball and Soccer.
Regional Cross Country
Best wishes to Alyssa, Ashley, Charlie and Gabe who are representing St Louis at the regional cross country on Wednesday this week. You have made an amazing effort to get to this point and the St Louis community are very proud of you.
Reports
Our teachers are currently finalising Semester One reports and these will be available to parents online at the end of week ten.
Little long walk
On Tuesday morning we had our whole school Little Long Walk. The weather was very kind to us and we were accompanied by Mark Dreyfus, Tim Richardson and Nick a representative from the Michael Long Foundation. It was a beautiful celebration for Reconciliation Week. Thank you to Mrs. Traynor for organising this event.
