2JR Garden Project

2JR is thrilled to have recently planted two new garden beds outside our classroom. The students have loved getting their hands dirty and are excited to care for their plants and watch them grow throughout the year.

A huge thank you to Emma Halliday for organising this wonderful project and helping make it all happen. We would also like to thank our 2JR families for their generous donations of soil and other materials.

A very special thank you goes to the Ocean Grove Men’s Club for building and donating our two beautiful planter boxes. Their generosity has created a fantastic learning space for our students and provided a lasting addition to our outdoor area.

We are incredibly grateful for the support of our school community and can’t wait to see our garden flourish.
