Student Issue Tracker

We are very happy to launch our new Student Issue Tracker. This is a confidential way to report issues to Year Level Leaders and Sub School Leaders.
The Issue Tracker can be found on Compass, under the 'Organisation 9 dots'. It is then a live link to the Issue Tracker. Students can alert leaders to an issue of their own, things they have witnessed or situations that they do not feel comfortable reporting in person.
As we have highlighted in our 'Bullying No Way' week, at Melba College we have a zero tolerance for any harmful language. Words can have a big impact. Name calling, insults, threats, discriminatory comments and hurtful jokes are not okay, even when someone says they are “only joking”.
Students can:
- Think before speaking or posting.
- Say, “That’s not okay,” when it is safe to do so.
- Walk away and seek help from a trusted adult.
- Support others who may be experiencing harmful language.
