Level 5 & 6 News

On the 21st of August we had our yearly event, book week dress up day. This fun event is where everyone gets to dress up as their favourite book characters. This year we had so many amazing outfits from Princesses and Wizards to your favourite Superheros. In the morning all classes gathered together on the basketball court to showcase everyone's outfits to other students and parents there to watch.

Here are some quotes from some people around the school,

Daisy from 5/6 says “ It was so awesome, the outfits were amazing and I loved seeing everyone having fun!”

Hannah from 5/6 - “It was so entertaining and funny seeing how much effort people put into their outfits! Especially the Preppies!!”

Mr Delaney - “A wonderful week full of adventure, creativity and curiosity. Thank you MPS for bringing such enthusiasm” 

Ari from Year 1 - “I loved everyone's costumes, my favourite costume was the toothless dragon costume!” 

On the 3rd of September the prep classes got together with their 5/6 buddies to create a Fathers day or special persons day card. They put so much love and effort into their colourful cards for their special person. The preps had such an awesome time creating love filled cards for their role model. We also got to work with our buddies on a maths task. The preps are doing a fantastic job learning their teen numbers, we’re so proud of them!
