P & F Crazy Colour Run
WE CAME, WE RAN, WE GOT COLOURED!!!
Colour, water, obstacles and fun were on the agenda for the Crazy Colour Run last Friday afternoon. The students completed a variety of obstacles and activities such as hurdles and a water slide, being sprayed with colour and water as they ran around the School Oval.
As a reward for being the class who raised the most funds, 3/4 L were given the honour of the first run on the course as well as a VIP area for the afternoon. Congratulations to Harry Crossing and Miranda Kember for raising the most money out of all the students and well done to everyone who contributed to the fundraiser.
We concluded the day with a SLIME FEST!! Students chanted with enthusiasm "let's slime them" as Angus Read, Camilla Lampe, Winnie Winston-Smith and Mrs O'Connor were slimed!!!
A huge thank you to the P & F Association, especially Vanessa Parish, for organising and executing our second successful Crazy Colour Run. This is a great fundraising opportunity for the P & F resulting in $21,927.50 being raised to go towards a shade sail for the Primary ninja course playground!!! Thank you also, to our parent volunteers who helped on the day and the Rural Fire Service as well as Fire and Rescue NSW Narrabri for providing the water spray.
