Welcome to the Keilor-St Albans Principals Network Conference 2024.
We acknowledge the traditional owners of the land on which we meet, the Wathaurong peoples of the Kulin Nation, and pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging. Wominjeka!
The theme of this year's conference is:
"Leading in an Ever-Changing World"
On Day 1, we are privileged to be joined by our speakers: Professor Jim Watterston, Dean & Enterprise Professor, Faculty of Education, University of Melbourne; Professor Pasi Sahlberg, Faculty of Education at University of Melbourne; and Stephen Fraser, Deputy Secretary (School Education Programs and Support). We will also be joined by special guests Chis Thompson, SWVR Regional Director and Charles Branciforte, Brimank Melton Executive Director. Delegates will either receive a copy of Jim's or Pasi's book as part of your conference package.
On Day 2, we will be joined by Amy Green, founder of the Wellbeing Strategy. We have also allocated time for school teams to work together, reflect on your learnings over the two days and develop next steps within your schools. Finding the venue
As you enter RACV Torquay, turn left and head towards Great Ocean Road Foyer for registration. We will be based in the Winkipop Room for the two-day conference. Our Conference Sponsors will be exhibiting in Great Ocean Road Foyer during morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. For evening guests, pre-dinner networking, buffet dinner and entertainment will be in the Great Ocean Road Foyer and Rincon Room. We thank all of our sponsors for supporting our conference.
