When do you feel the happiest while you are at school?"
- When I'm around my classmates and teacher.

- Big kids play time at the classroom.

- Noodles

- I like to play Soccer with my friend Ibrahim.
What's something that made you smile big today?
- When I found out about a fasting challenge that we are going to do in class.
Can you think of a time someone made you feel happy?
- I was really happy when I was told by my teacher that I will be in a class with my best friend Ibrahim this year.
Which of your qualities can make others happy?
- Funny and Respectful.
What is your most favourite place to visit or have a holiday at?
- I have never been Lebanon, I would love to go there one day and visit my extended family.

- I played basketball today and won!
Can you think of a time someone made you feel happy?
- One day I was playing basketball all alone then my friends Welmon and Waleed came and offered to play with me, they made me really happy.
Which of your qualities can make others happy?
- I'm always happy and offering to play with others.
What is your most favourite place to visit or have a holiday at?
- Lombok, it's an island in Indonesia.

What makes you feel the happiest when you are at GEPS?
- What makes me happiest at GEPS is seeing my students grow in confidence and succeed in their English language journey.
What's your favourite thing to do that makes you always feel joyful?
- My favourite thing to do that always brings me joy is helping others learn and discover new things, especially when they experience that "aha!" moment.
What is your favourite food that brings you joy?
- My favourite food that brings me joy is a comforting meal made to perfection with the right texture and flavour. It’s hard to pick one as there are a few things that are my favourite, like, ice cream, hot chips and a few more.
If joy was a colour, what colour would it be, and why?
- It would be a bright, warm yellow—like sunshine on a crisp morning. Yellow represents energy, happiness, and positivity. It’s a colour that radiates warmth and enthusiasm!
What's something that made you smile big today?
-Seeing one of my EALD students confidently use a new word in a sentence. It reminds me why I love what I do!
Can you think of a time someone made you feel happy?
- When a student who had no English a few months ago, I tried to talk to her in her first language, but she replied in English. The look of pride on her face and her excitement to share with me was priceless!
Which of your qualities can make others happy?
- My patience and encouragement can make others happy. As an EALD teacher, I understand that learning a new language takes time, so I always create a supportive environment where students feel safe to try, make mistakes, and grow. Seeing their confidence build because they know I believe in them is one of the most rewarding parts of my job!
What is your most favourite place to visit or have a holiday at?
- Europe is my favourite holiday destination because of its rich history, diverse cultures, and stunning landscapes. I love exploring its charming cities, from the historic streets of Rome to the picturesque villages of Switzerland. Whether it’s enjoying delicious food, visiting famous landmarks, or simply soaking in the beautiful scenery, every trip to Europe feels like a new adventure!
