School Captains' Report

Wominjeka everyone, and welcome to our second newsletter of the term.

We are delighted to see everyone returning to school and we hope you have had a great couple of weeks! Here are some wonderful things that have been happening around the school during Weeks Three and Four.

Firstly, the Year Sixes have had a busy couple of weeks attending Interschool sports. They played Strathmore North PS, which was a great team. Our teams have been doing a great job representing the school with great sportsmanship and have been doing great competing against other schools!

The older years students have been attending Athletics Day and have competed against each other trying to push themselves to their limits. We hope everyone had a great time and a wonderful experience.

Last week we had a Walk-a-thon. This was a wonderful experience for everyone who participated and was a great opportunity for students to raise money for the school and help the school become even more awesome!

At the end of the day we had the colour run. Students walked through designated sections where colour was splashed everywhere on the students and around the school. It was a wonderful way to end the day!

We would like to thank Engy for representing the students by attending Gordon’s funeral on Monday too.

Happy Education Support Staff day for today and we could not imagine a better school without you guys, from all our students thank you!

Make sure to check out Sam’s contribution to the Day In May page!

We hope everyone has had an amazing two weeks! We will see you in Week Five. Finally we would like to wish everyone a great weekend.

We’ll see you next week!

From your School Captains,

Astin, Engy and Sam
