Yearbook Orders Close 25 November

Many of you have already made your yearbook payment. For those of you who haven't, please make payment on Compass under Course confirmations/payments TODAY. The Yearbook is $25 and contains memorable moments for students and families to treasure.  Please note extra yearbooks will not be printed.

Volunteers Morning Tea

We are delighted to invite all our wonderful volunteers to a special morning tea on Monday, 2nd December, from 9am to 9:45am. If you’ve volunteered in any capacity, we’d love for you to join us! This event is a heartfelt opportunity for our staff to thank you for your time, effort, and contributions that have helped create such a strong community spirit at Toorak Primary School.

Xmas Hamper Raffle Tickets

Raffle Tickets for our Xmas hampers: "Summer Fun," "Yummy," "Date Night," and "Pamper.”  

will be up on QkR, tomorrow 21st November!  1 ticket for $5 or 3 for $10. The raffle will be drawn at our final assembly on Friday 20th December.

Toorak's Got Talent

We’re excited to announce that Toorak's Got Talent is just around the corner! This is a fantastic opportunity for our young performers to showcase their unique talents and dazzle their peers, teachers, and families. Whether it's singing, dancing, magic tricks, comedy, playing an instrument, or any other special skill – we want to see it all! The final will be held on

Monday 16th December, from 12 to 2pm in the school hall. Hope to see you there!

Xmas Carols and Songs of Celebration

Our end of year celebration is on  Tuesday 10th December from 5pm to 6pm. Students from all levels will perform a song. The performance will be held outside (weather permitting).  See you all there!

Whole School Transiton Day

On Tuesday 10th December, from 9am to 2pm, our Whole School Transiton Day will take place. Students will find out who their classroom teacher and classmates will be for 2025 as well as the location of their classroom. 

School Saving Bonus Update

Please note the school bonus can only be used for 2025 school payments. The Victorian Government is delivering the School Saving Bonus – a one-off $400 support for government school students from Prep to Year 12 to in 2025. From Tuesday 26 November 2024, you will receive an email from the Department of Education with your unique $400 School Saving Bonus code. Click here to read more. 

Second Hand Uniform Stall

Our Second-hand uniform stall will be open on Wednesday 27th November from 8.30am to 10.30am in the library.  Quality pre-loved uniforms guaranteed at great prices! Click here for the price list.

We Need Your Help!

The second-hand uniform stall is generally run once a month or as required between 8:30-9:30am or 2:30pm-3:45pm. Tasks include sorting donated clothing, setting and packing up clothing racks and containers at Uniform Stalls, and selling school items. If you would like to help, please email the school at toorak.ps@education.vic.gov.au

Exiting Students

If you have a child in Foundation through to Grade 5 who is planning to leave Toorak Primary School at the end of 2024 could you kindly email the office at toorak.ps@education.vic.gov.au.
