Parent/Student/Teacher 3 Way Conference

Congratulations to all the parents and carers who have booked conferences for next week. This is the new form of Parent/Teacher interviews and from these conferences, Semester 1 reporting will be generated. We would really like all families to book in with their class teachers as soon as possible.

Uniform

All students need to be in full winter uniform from the beginning of this week. This includes wearing the school tie every day - except sports day. If you require a copy of our uniform requirements, please contact the office and we will email them to you. Only items on this list are acceptable i.e. tracksuit pants do not take the place of boys grey school trousers.

Morning Drop Off

Parents are reminded to drop children off at the front gate until current restrictions are lifted. Students are not to be on the school grounds before 8:30am, as staff are preparing for their day during this time and morning duty does not begin until 8:30am. If children are dropped off after 8:50am they need to come to the front office for a late pass to take to the classroom as rolls are marked at 8:50am sharp.

Attendances

If your child is absent from school, please access Compass and put in an explanation within 7 days of the absence. If you have not explained the absence within 7 days, your child will be marked 'absent unexplained' and this will be reflected in their Semester Report. Once you have entered the absence, there is no need to ring or email the school.
