Term 3 dates and 

re-enrolment for Term 3

In case you are not aware, this term (which is still a 10 week term) ends on Sunday 3 July 2022, which means our 10th week goes into the first week of the forthcoming school holidays.  

For private and  shared private lessons only, if you have made plans to be away before the term ends, you have the option to reschedule or arrange for longer lessons within this term or during the one week term break (4-10 July). So do sound out your child's teacher early to book her/his time.  We only allow lessons to be carried into the next school term  in exceptional circumstances such as prolonged illness or family emergencies. 

Term 3 commences on Monday 11 July 2022.

If your child is  returning to lessons in Term 3, we seek your co-operation in making a $60 re-enrolment deposit by  Friday 24 June, 2022.  This payment will secure the current time slot or any revised time slot that had been requested by you and mutually agreed with Forte.

In the event your child is not returning to lessons next term, please inform us by  24 June to avoid us sending you an invoice for Term 3.  

Once term commences, any late notice to cancel lessons would attract cancellation fees equivalent to 4 lessons worth of fees. This is because we have lined up our teachers and kept the slot for your child on the basis that your child is returning to lessons. This has always been our policy and is clearly set out in our enrolment form and term invoice. 

The term invoice has a due date. We appreciate payment on or before the due date  as we pay our teachers weekly and have substantial ongoing operating expenses to pay. There will be a late fee charge of $15 on invoices that are unpaid and outstanding for more than 4 weeks after due date. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
