Year 4/5 GS Raptors

The GS Raptors went down to the St. David’s Sixers Thursday with the final score 14-36.  The Raptors were only 6 points behind at half time, but with no players on the interchange, our 5 players had to play the entire game without a break.  Jayden, Jacob, Jasreet, Downey and Archer all battled hard to the end.

Scorers: Jayden (12 pts) and Archer (2 pts).

Year 2/3 GS Rockets

The GS Rockets had a solid 19-10 win over the St. David’s Flames this week.  The Rockets were down 7-10 at half time.  Increased defensive pressure in the second half kept the opposition scoreless while the Rockets scored an additional 12 points.  Inara defended well and performed some excellent steals, Eden once again dominated the rebounds and Flynn and Jake scored impressive baskets.

Scorers: Eden (10 pts), Jake (4 pts), Flynn (3 pts) and Rhys (2 pts).
