Swimming Carnival BBQ

The P&F will be running a BBQ at the Swimming Carnival on Tuesday 15th Feb 2022.

Online ordering is available through Compass alternatively you can send in your order and money to Mrs Pittman at the office by Monday 14th Feb.

As this is a preorder only BBQ (no purchases on the day) please ensure you have placed your child's order by Monday 12pm.

If any parents wish to order, please include your order with your child's order.

The following will be available......

Steak Sandwiches $8

Sausage Sandwiches $3

Sauce will be provided free of charge on the day by request.

The swimming pool kiosk will also be available at lunch for any drink and treats for students to purchase.

Tea towel donations needed

If any families have any tea towels they would like to donate we would be grateful as our tea towels are running low.

Please drop them in at the office.

Compass Canteen Now Available.

Families are now able to order and pay for their children's lunch orders online through the Compass App.

If you have any trouble using the Canteen feature in Compass please feel free to read the guide below or send Karen an email on krizzi1@arm.catholic.edu.au

A few things to remember:

There is a $0.20 fee per transaction.

Cut off time for online ordering is 9.15am on the day of canteen.

Ordering online is optional but preferred as it limits cash handling. If you still wish to place an order on a brown paper bag, please try and enclose correct money as change is limited due to majority of students using the online ordering option.

Baskets will be placed outside the canteen for teachers to distribute to the students.

Please be assured that frequent hand washing, wearing of gloves and regular safe food handling practices will be adhered to at all times.

WWCC - it is a requirement that ALL PEOPLE (including parents) who spend time working with children in classrooms or working in the canteen provide to the school one of the following:

Working With Children Check - on line application - lasts five years - this is the preferred option.

Working With Children Declaration - only for those who are exempt from the WWCC.  Form available at the office - lasts one year - requires one hundred points of identification (we need original or certified copy of documents).

Once again we are asking that those parents who do not have a Working With Children Check please take steps to obtain one.   If you already have one, please notify the school of your WWCC number and your date of birth for verification.
