Homework books - start next week Week 4 Term 1

for Yr 1 to Year 6.

Each week the students are expected to complete the Unit as outlined below.

Books will be sent home on Monday& are due back by Friday each week.

Year 5/6 will continue to be learning about the Chinese Culture & Chinese Language this year. 

The CSO has continued to offer St Patrick's school the opportunity for a class to learn a second language in 2022. The MEG program is a weekly 30min lesson from a Chinese teacher in Beijing who will Zoom into the Yr 5/6 classroom which will be beginning tomorrow @ 12:45pm Then the classroom teacher will follow up with activities in the classroom. 

Long Service Leave

Mrs Flanagan has been on two days Long Service Leave this week because her daughter Lucy, who you all probably remember from working here at St. Patrick's, is graduating (Dux of the Port Campus) with the University Medal. It was an occasion she couldn't miss!

Message from Mrs Flanagan:

Dear parents,

This Friday, books will be sent home for covering. Would you please ensure your child's books are covered and their name/subject is clearly written on the front of each book.  Could all books be returned to school by next Monday 14th February please, whether they are covered or not.
