Welcome Back 

Term 2, 2026

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome back to Term 2. We hope all families had a restful and enjoyable break. It has been wonderful to see students return to school refreshed, settled, and ready for another exciting term of learning. Students have quickly reconnected with their peers and are showing great enthusiasm in the classroom.

We have a busy and engaging term ahead, with several special events planned for our Grade 1/2 students. These include our “Then and Now” Grade 1 Incursion, where students will explore how life has changed over time through hands-on and interactive experiences. Grade 2's will have an excursion to Scienceworks looking at the Solar System and Planets. We also look forward to our Twilight School evening, which is always a fun opportunity for students and families to connect with the school community. 

We will be celebrating our wonderful mums and special persons at our Mother’s DayBreakfast, and School Photos will also take place this term. More information and specific dates for these events will be shared via Compass.

We also kindly ask families to provide two boxes of tissues for classroom use this term. A reminder that students will continue to borrow books from the school library. Please ensure your child brings their library bag on their allocated day. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to speak with your child’s teacher after school or contact the office to make a time to speak to them.
