Dear Parents,
We are so excited to perform our concert items for everyone today and tonight. Please bring along your loudest cheering and clapping. The more our audience enjoys the performances, the better the children will perform. We can't wait!
Some final information for the evening performance;
School Concert Information
- For the evening performance on Thursday, 6th August, children are asked to be at the BMEC at 6.00pm in preparation for the commencement of the concert at 6.30pm.
- Children will need to have had dinner prior to their arrival at the evening performance. We ask parents to toilet their child before handing them over to staff at 6.00pm. Water and a light snack are advisable for the evening performance.
- Children should wear comfortable clothes (sports uniform, casual clothes or pyjamas) and will change into their costumes once they have arrived. Children will change out of their costumes in the evening before leaving the BMEC. This will take approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the concert.
- We expect the Concert to run for 2 hours.
- Children will be collected from City Hall at the conclusion of the evening performance.
- The School Concert will be professionally videoed during the matinee and evening performance. A School Concert USB will be produced which will be sold to parents after the concert. School staff will be taking photos during rehearsals and the performances for promotional use. Photos and videos will also be used on social media, the school yearbook and the school newsletter.
