PRIMARY - SWIMMING FOR SPORT
Reminder that Swimming for Sport commences on Friday 8th November for students in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6.
Children are required to bring swimmers, a towel and sunscreen as well as goggles (if usually worn).
The $4.00 entry fee is to be given to their class teacher at the beginning of the day.
If your child has a season ticket it MUST be brought to school with them for scanning on arrival at the Narrabri Aquatic Centre.
DIOCESAN CRICKET TRIALS
Our students had a very successful day at the Diocesan Cricket Trials in Moree on Friday 18th October. Chloe Holden, Lucy Murphy and Anna Murphy attended the trials and all three were selected for the Diocesan team! The girls will travel to Coffs Harbour in December to compete in the Polding Trials.

TODD WOODBRIDGE CUP REGIONAL PLAYOFFS
Last term students from Stage 2 and 3 competed in the Todd Woodbridge Cup with two teams successfully qualifying for the Regional Playoffs. On Tuesday 22nd October, the teams travelled to Gunnedah to compete in the competition. All sixteen team members had an amazing day on the court and gave it their all. They served up some great rallies and had a ball of a time! Well done to all players.
NSW PSSA ATHLETICS CHAMPIONSHIPS
Callum O’Neill can say with great pride that he has competed at state level for athletics!!
The two-day NSW PSSA Athletics Championships commenced on Wednesday last week where Callum competed in his heat for the 9 Years Boys 100m dash. Callum placed second in his heat securing himself a place in the semi-finals - a wonderful achievement. Callum’s performance the following day, and in the lead up to the championships, is a testament to his incredible athletic talent.
On behalf of the entire school community, we want to extend a huge congratulations to Callum for his outstanding achievements!!
