Year 6 - PLEASE ACTION – School Reports and Google Drive Files

Dear Parents/Carers of Year 6 Students,

As your child prepares to finish with us at FWPS, please note the important reminders below:

Google Drive Files

On 19th December 2025 at 1pm, the FWPS Google accounts for all 2025 Year 6 students’ will be deleted and will not be recoverable.

If you want to save any/all files from your child’s account, please follow the steps outlined below to download relevant files. You can start this process from today onwards, but please do not leave it until the last day.

*Please note that due to school account settings, files cannot be transferred to a private Google account – they can only be downloaded.

School Reports on Compass

From the 19th December 2025, your child’s profile will also be archived on Compass. Please ensure you have downloaded all your child’s school reports from the Compass Portal before this date.
