2027 Foundation Enrolments

If you have a child starting school in 2027, enrolments are now open. As of 2026, enrolments have moved online; the link is provided below. When you access the link, you will create an account and enrol your child from the account. This is a new process for schools in our area. If you would like assistance, please contact the office and we are happy to help.

The Big Freeze:

Last Friday, the SRC held The Big Freeze fundraiser for MND. 

The five volunteers had a splashing good time!

We look forward to hearing from the SRC in more detail in next week's newsletter.

Beach Patrol:

On Tuesday afternoon, the Year 2 Students walked down to Aspendale beach for 'Beach Patrol'. This experience was guided by our year 6 Community Leaders, who delivered a wonderful presentation on the importance of 'Beach Patrol' and the expectations of APS students when out in the community before we left. The Year 2 Students, supported by our Community Leaders, were able to safely collect 6 full buckets of rubbish from the beach. We are proud of the way that the actions of our students at APS can contribute positively to the Aspendale community. 

Student Led Conferences:

On Monday 22nd June we will be hosting our Student Led Conferences (SLC) with timeslots available between 10:45am-6:15pm. Bookings are now open via Compass.

The SLC gives our students the opportunity to share their learning with you, alongside their teacher.

As this is a curriculum day, students will only need to attend school for their booked SLC time. The SLC are booked at 15 minutes intervals, but will run for approximately 20 minutes, meaning there will be overlap between starting and finishing times. Please keep this in mind when you are booking siblings SLC times.
