What a week .........
Transition Day
Tuesday was the Statewide Transition Day, during which we welcomed new members to our school community. Students spent the morning in their new classes, familiarising themselves with the space and adjusting to some new classroom routines. It has been wonderful hearing about their experiences in these new environments. A big thank you to all the staff who supported the transition process.
2025 Student Leaders
We have started the student leadership process for 2025. The Year 11 students have been preparing and delivering speeches for the leadership roles they are interested in taking on in 2025. They reflected on their individual strengths and considered how they could contribute to the school community. Leadership roles will be announced at the first assembly of 2025, and we are all excited to see who will be selected.
Variety Club Party
Students from the Junior School attended the Variety Children’s Christmas Party yesterday. The celebration included rides, activities, entertainment, and, of course, generous presents—all while enjoying the magic of this time of year with friends and family. It truly is a highlight of the year. A special thank you to the additional parent helpers who supported us on the day. Your assistance is always greatly appreciated.
Farewell to Year 11 Students
Finally, I would like to say farewell to our Year 11 students, who finish school for the year today. We look forward to welcoming them back in 2025 for their final year of schooling.
Have a lovely weekend!
