Congratulations, Tristan!
We would like to congratulate 3/4A’s Tristan K on his wonderful achievement with the Australian Boys Choir. Following a successful audition, Tristan completed a six-month Probationer Program and has now been officially admitted into the formal training program as a ‘Tyro’ Singer. This is a fantastic accomplishment and reflects Tristan’s hard work, commitment and dedication. We are very proud of Tristan and look forward to seeing him continue to develop his musical talents. The Australian Boys Choir provides exceptional music education and training for talented young singers, helping boys develop their musical and life skills, build confidence and find their voices.

Book Week Day
Wednesday morning on the court was filled with colour and joyful faces! It was terrific to see the variety of costumes that students donned for the day. Our parade was led by our Library leaders who led with their beautifully prepared commentary. Students went on to participate in buddy activities together as well as experience the artistry of Mr D through a shared book reading. He is the master of many voices!
Our staff possibly enjoy the day even more than our students and love an opportunity to
celebrate Book Week in costume.
Illness
We are at the time of year again where staff and student illness is presenting daily. The CHO reported this week that the number of COVID, Influenza and RSV cases is high. We understand that it can be tricky to know if a child complaining of a sore throat or cough is anything more than the common cold. We ask that if your child is too unwell to be at school that you please keep them at home to recover and reduce the risk to others.

Thank you for the generous clothing donations — we still have many items to sort through and appreciate the support.
If you are planning to donate, please ensure items are in good, resalable condition. As a guide, only donate clothing that you would be happy to purchase yourself. Buyers also tend to prefer logo items, so we will generally only resell non-logo tops and jumpers if they are in exceptional condition.
