Acting Principal Message 

TERM 3 SEMESTER 2

Bonjour à tous,

Liz will be out of the office until Week 10 of this term.  As I will Acting Principal I will be out of the Foundation classroom on a Wednesday for the duration of this time.

Next week, we are excited to kick off Book Week with our annual Book Week Parade on Monday, 24 August, at 9:00 am, during our Monday Assembly.

Children are invited to come dressed as anything from a book — after all, everything is in a book somewhere! There is no need to spend money on a costume. We encourage families to use items you already have at home. 

Families are very welcome to stay and enjoy the parade. Please enter the school grounds via the Brumbley St gate. At the conclusion of the parade, visitors will need to leave the school grounds via the school office.

We will also be holding a Book Exchange throughout the week, providing children with an opportunity to share and discover new stories.

We look forward to celebrating our love of books and reading together!

Next Wednesday 26th August, both Michaela and Kylie will be out of the office. Please keep contact to the office for emergencies only.  Messages will be checked at 11am and 2pm.  

We wish our District Athletics team all the very best for Tuesday, 25 August! The event will be held at the Leongatha Velodrome, and we welcome parents there to cheer on and support our athletes.

Children will need to bring a hat, water bottle and a snack on each of these days.
