Briefing

• Thanks to all for staff involved in the 3/4 late night and sleepover and the 9/10 camp

  Thank you Learning SIT and Leadership for Read Alouds. Don't forget to Dress-up on Friday. 

• Welcome Grant; Pre-service Teacher in Justin’s class for 2 weeks
• Welcome Amilija; Pre-service Teacher in Alison’s class for 4 weeks
• Prep - Gastro Cases. Increases cleaning and nappy bins. Working with the Department of Education and Health to track cases. 
• Lots of winter illnesses, including COVID. Please ensure air purifiers are on. Welcome to wear masks. Let us know if you need hand sanitizer. 
• If any cleaning issues arise, please log a facilities help desk ticket.
• Speech week this week celebrating next week 
• Teacher Panel underway. Fixed Term ES positions for 2027. Ongoing to follow. 
• Thank you for your patience whilst we follow up photo permissions from families. Local policy permits the use of student photos in classrooms for visuals and identifying student property. Seesaw more challenging. Lack of understanding from families.
• Staff Wellbeing Week- please collect your Fressko cups and add your own name. Avoid dishwasher and microwave. Please use when working in areas around students. 
• Staff Night in the city this Friday. Starting at Young and Jackson at 5pm
• Emma. EM “Pink/Yellow Announcement for Emma to Location”.
• If you borrow a school bus, please return refueled and clean
• PL: Time Allocated for Anaphylaxis Briefing and eTraining. Helena and Sam will be located in the Hub for the practical assessment. Teachers to release ES to complete where appropriate.
• The VIT is reviewing the accrediation Inquiry process: Share any feedback with Gabi by the end of the week. Thank you
