We listened to a song by Uncle Archie. When the children got taken by people, they gave them presents to cheer them up. And the children came back in the song from Briggs. We coloured in a leaf and finished the words. I worked with Freddie and Jaxson. I liked it.

We do sports with the Kyneton High School kids and we learn more about sports with them. We have been learning to use balls and we have been doing kicking skills. The high school kids are good. They are tall. They can teach us how to do sports. They can do cool things like at the end we always get to yell "dunk!" and then one boy tries to jump and get the basketball in the hoop. There are heaps of others big kids. They are nice and kind.

In Community Story Time we made monsters. We read a book called "Where the Wild Things Are." Me made monsters out of playdough and sticks. I came once I think when I was in kinder. And then we packed them up.

Thanks to the School Leaders for their organisation of the Talent Show this afternoon. Bravo to all the incredibly talented students who stepped up to perform. It was a lot of fun.
This year's World Environment Day theme is "Ending Plastic Pollution." Foundation/1 have been learning about the devastating effects of plastic pollution on our sea life and ocean environments. We have been lucky enough to access the expertise of Mark, wildlife photographer and ocean advocate, through our preservice teacher Gen and have developed some questions to ask him. We are excited about learning more about keeping our oceans safe and beautiful when we go to the Sea Life Aquarium on our excursion next week.
