Grade 2 Sleepover Fun!

Our Grade 2 sleepover was a huge success and a perfect introduction to prepare students for future camps! The day was filled with excitement as students participated in fun rotational activities with the Preps and Grade 1s. After working up an appetite, we all enjoyed a delicious pizza dinner.

In the evening, we relaxed with a screening of The Lion King before getting ready for bed – though there wasn’t much sleep happening! The next morning, we woke up bright and early to enjoy a hearty breakfast of toast, Weet-Bix, and fresh fruit. After working together to pack away their sleeping bags, students spent a quiet morning with friends, sharing activities and stories from the night before.

It was a fantastic experience filled with teamwork, fun, and lots of memories!

Quotes from the students:

Ethan – The best part of the sleepover was the night and the morning – just all of it!

Vallie – I liked watching the movie and playing with my friends.

Chris and Sean – The best part was eating pizza!
